This could be due to being previously hacked or if you decide that you need to do housecleaning on old passwords your users are still using. In this article we will show you how to reset the password for all users in WordPress.

First you would want to install and activate the Emergency Password Reset plugin using plugins, add new.

The first thing we can say when this happens is don’t panic this is something that can happen and is fixable.

The primary step for this will be to log in to your WordPress site and under Settings, Permalinks and pressing the save button again.

If that method did not work, we would recommend using a FTP program to be able to edit your site’s .htaccess file directly.

Download your site’s .htaccess file and open it to edit, we will add our recommended code snippet from the written article and save our changes.

With the changes saved you will now reupload the file, overwriting the old file with your changes.

You should now no longer have the 404 errors on your posts.

A common and seemingly frightening error that users can run into is the Syntax error. This error can prevent you from making any changes on your site and prevent it from even being visible but we’re here to help you resolve this issue without too much hassle.

Start by visiting the Algolia website and signup for an account.

With Envira Gallery installed and active you will go under Envira Gallery, Settings page to add your License Key from the Envira Gallery website. You will also want to go to Envira Gallery, Addons area to activate the Tags Addon for this tutorial.

Once that is set up you will create a new gallery under Envira Gallery, Add New and select the files you want to add to your gallery.

Click on the pencil icon to edit the image and add any tag you like to the image. Multiple tags should be separated by commas.

With the plugin installed and activated you will need to go under Settings, Author Bio Box to configure the plugin’s settings.

You can also decide the background color, text color, gravatar size, border, ect.

Save the changes and next go under Users, All Users and edit the account you are wanting to add the social profiles to.

There will be new fields available on the profile page you are editing to add the user’s social media profile URLs in the respective fields.

Once you save the changes you will be able to go to any article written by that user will have the bio box with icons for their social media profiles.
